Pathetic service and no sense of urgency

Asap service is pathetic My order had missing items. Tried calling the store, Mall of the South and calls were not answered. I had to drive and show them that there were items missing. The manager was kind enough and re-packed all missing items. I needed those items for next morning. Support service is full of b@**** telling me to wait for investigation and they will refund after couple of days… I don’t know why I keep going back to pnp asap as this was not the first time my order has items missing.
