Pathetic service and misleading labelling

<p>I just bought a prepacked meal from Pick n Pay Strand street. Quarter chicken and chips. It is literally two chicken skins fried in batter and the bone part of the breast with no chicken, some chips and a ****tail roll. I returned it and the manager had this real arrogant attitude and just told the supervisor to refund my money,without even asking whether I want it replaced or not. I bought a quarter chickenn and chips and got two chicken skins, a bone, some chips and a ****tail roll. Please assist. And I don't want to be contacted by the store as I am complaining about the and nothing ever improves after complaining.</p>
