Pathetic service and lack of support

Online order number: ********** 3677 We did not receive the full items we paid for.We are now at the 3/12/2018 order was placed and paid for on the 23/11/2018,nobody has delivered our 4xpk fresh milk and a bottle of Tanquery gin.The driver that finally delivered the initial lot of groceries after a week of ordering online,said that they would be back the following day with the missing items.We have been following up with the warehouse and still no items delivered. I am so frustrated with your online shopping this experience has been nothing but stressful.I would like an indication as to when my items will be delivered. Because you have now ****** from my bank account without keeping to your end of the service agreement I will be forced to log a civil case against your organisation!!!
