pathetic service and incompetence

There is no day that ever goes by that one could shop peacefully @ Pick n pay Diepkloof square yesterday we we there to pay some accounts sadly we couldn't even purchase less than 5 items at the cigarette counter because we can't pay at the counter we must start another que ,again today we wanted to purchase meat as busy as month ends are we had to wait over 20 minutes in que and have people bringing in their friends to pay when we have been there for longer and when alerting the security guard Musawenkosi Sibiya he was all biased and sarcastic because he knows the very people we had a problem wanted to pay before us when we were long in the que this behavior is uncalled for and unacceptable the audacity to even say there is nothing he can do he is used to people who complain he just gives them his bum and walk away like wow
