Pathetic service

The most pathetic service I have received I logged a complaint with pik n pay hyper northgat le to Ntombi the so called manager and Kevin the person in charger of repairs it's been over a month with no assistance not even a phone call to keep me updated I called the call center asking for the regional manager to contact me to get some assistance it's been 4 days no call what a pathetic service never again will I do support pik n pay hyper Northgate
