Pathetic service!!
Placed an order at 10:59 today ......Still waiting for my delivery order. No communication even though I sent emails enquiring about my order. This is pathetic service considering that I normally order and receive my orders on time. Not sure what's going on, but the lack of communication is astounding. Would not recommend Pick n Pay Asap to anyone. The queues are long when you go to the store but at least I don't have to wait 4, almost 5 hours for my order with no communication. I'm not even sure I'll receive my order today.
Terrible service!!

29 Dec 2022, 12:16My issue is still not resolved. PnP cancelled my order because it was clearly not able to deliver it to me, now I want my money back in my account and not to pnp wallet which has not happened yet. You can contact me on ***.
