Pathetic service

today I got the Tyme bank voucher, I sent the kids to Pick n Pay Meadowpoint which is the main Pick n Pay near me to withdraw the funds and they said they do not have money. Question why you partner with the bank and are not able to offer services, what is the point. Then you are told the whole shop does not have R2000, not R2,000,000...R2000. what a disgusting service, this is the second time this happens, can the Head Office address this matter the shop in question. I mean this is one of the shop excellent with managing the ques, but they also need to fami****ise themselves with terms and conditions of whoever they are partnering with.
