Pathetic service

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the delivery service regarding my recent orders. 1. – I placed this order on 27th November for R800 plus but it has not been delivered yet, despite the time that has passed. 2. Order forR312 – I placed this order yesterday, and while part of the order was delivered, only 1 item was received, leaving the rest of the items undelivered. Could you please investigate this issue urgently and provide me with a resolution? I would appreciate an update on the status of both orders and the expected delivery timelines.
