Pathetic service

Good Day I visited your pick n pay at the Musgrave mall despicable service I was attended to by a young lady at the cigarette counter by the name of Samantha De Jong at about 12-1.00 on new years eve she was extremely rude I had 7 items she said she can only cash for 5 I said its fine I will put the rest back she asked me if I wanted a packet I said yes please and she threw it at the counter I said can you please pack it she said I'm not a packer and pointed to the packers, it was during my lunch break so therefore opted to use that till, I am in your store everyday today it was just extremely busy because I work next to the mall I shop there everyday... this girl is extremely rude and should not be interacting with customers. The ladies in your store are very kind and helpful... train them to be helpful like Marcel was he will bring you a trolley or a basket help with a pocket of potatoes but this young lady puts a sour taste in your mouth.. I will be taking my business to Woolworth's I dnt mind paying the extra cost... kindly contact me on ***
