Pathetic service

Good day

My smart shopper card *** (17/11/21) I went to Trade Route Mall to run a few errands.I then went to Pick n Pay to purchase a few items and then I decided to go to the Pick n Pay clothing store to buy some clothes to my surprise when I finished picking whatever that I picked I went to go pay mind you I was using my (Egdars RCS card)

When I got to the till to pay for the items using the card it declined the slip said(Transaction declined permitted on terminal) I then told the lady that was helping me that I'm going to query at Edgars that is a few stores away,when I got to Edgars they called their head office only to find out that there was nothing wrong with my card so I went back to Pick n Pay clothing

When I got there I tried using my card again but it still declined and the cashier called the store manager by the name of Mapaseka who couldn't also help me,she did not even try finding what the cause of the problem was she told me they were not offline and they kept on asking me questions like I'm some ******** and I repeatedly told them that I've been a Edgars client for over 20 years and it was not my first using my Edgars card at Pick n Pay but she still couldn't help they didn't even ask for my Pick n Pay smart shopper card so I had to use another method of payment,I truly am disappointed with the bad service I got from Pick n Pay.

And I sent an email to Pick n Pay head office three days ago and I still didn't get a response from them since
