Pathetic Service!!!

Pathetic!!!

Products was purchased from Pick n Pay Online on the 27th of July 2023 and I received the incorrect product as per their description on their website. Query was logged with Pick n Pay on the 28th of July 2023 and I received an email back on the 29th of July 2023 where I was told that I will be contacted back. Nobody contacted me. On the 31st of July 2023 I sent a mail back to ask what was happening and got no feedback.

So, on the 14th of August I logged a request again, asking for feedback and I received a mail again on the 16th August 2023 that my request was logged and I will be contacted.

Till now I there is no feedback received and no resolution on what will be done from Pick n Pay's side.

So here we are today on the 24th of October 2023 and up to now no feedback from Pick n Pay. As per my previous feedback left on the 12th September 2023 on Hello Peter, nobody has contacted me or sent a reply or mail to let me know what will be done.

At this stage Pick n Pay is currently ignoring the matter.
