pathetic service

Pick n pay Umlazi Mega city, I asked for a smart shopper card from the cashier she told me to go to Money market and ask them for the card when I got there the cashier from there was busy with another customer so I waited on the side them this lady whom I asked for the card told me son to call me back when I went back she told me that I was supposed to ask the card not to stand there, she eventually went there herself and got the card and activated it I think, I just hope it works the way she was so angry u can tell by the look on her face. service is **** I must say, I only wanted to get the card because I'm being asked if I have their card every time I put petrol at a BP garage. they pathetic........
