PATHETIC SERVICE

I was in the store at 17:50 to purchase a few six packs that, I have won unique codes from Castle

Unfortunately the Senior managers namely - Leo Nock,Ashveer together with Shelia told me that they cannot help me.

The so called senior store manager also refused to talk to me as a customer….is this how he treats his customers who at pick n pay?

Ashveer who was not willing to assist me at all… (His assisting is taking my contact details down that’s all) mean I stood there tryna long to explain my point of view…and still told me that my smart shopper card was not registered, after having the card for 4 years, my smart shopper now becomes deregistered and pick and pay…

I WILL NEVER SHOP AT PICK AND PAY PICK AND PAY HAVE LEFT A PUTRUD SERVICE TODAY, HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED LIKE THIS BEFORE….

I WILL NEVER SHOP AT PICK N PAY AGAIN.
