Pathetic service

Good day on Friday the 3rd of June I went to Pick n Pay at Trade Route Mall to pick up a few things that I needed.

Then when I went to go pick up Beeno treats for my dogs there was no price at the shelves so I went to the scanner that they usually provide in one of the isles in the store when I got to it was not working so then I decided to just join the que and ask for the price at the till.

When I got to the till there was a cashier by the name of Virgil Carol,so I asked her to check the price for me because there isn't one by the shelves before I could pay and she rudely asked why I didn't go check it by the scanner before coming to the till..I then told her that I did but the scanner isn't working and she started shouting causing a scene and then called for the supervisor to void the item

I think she's in the wrong industry because this is not how customers are supposed to be treated she knows nothing about customer service and she is very rude,after all of that she didn't bother packing my items in the plastic bag she basically just left them there and I had to pack them myself,behind me there was a indian gentleman and she packed his items neatly into the plastic bag.She really needs to work on her customer service because she is very rude and disrespectful.
