Pathetic service
Operating time is 08:00 but pick n pay Trade Route Mall doesn't open at 08:00 it's now 08:06 the store is still closed and it's not only today I'm only complaining about it now because I'm a front line worker and I have too first wait for the staff too walk too their work stations and too finish their conversations. Get too the till the staff still has their own conversations. This is totally unacceptable really!!!! The bakery is worse the staff will look at you and still not even attend too you. This pick n pay is the worst!!!!!!!

I went too the food court they ladies there were having their own conversation finally another staff came passed me and I kindly asked him too ask the ladies to attend too me. They lady eventually assisted me but what surprised me is the fact that she's going too give me that food without a mask!!!!!!!!!!! I then went too the bakery wanting a roll then the staff on that side mase
