Pathetic service

On the 15th of Octber 2021 after 6pm I went to pick and pay in Strand Street to buy viennas. I saw a special on Enterprise viennas it said all non pork Enterprise viennas were R27.99 fine I took chicken non pork viennas when I went to pay at the till with Tracy or Stacey Williams myself and her argued because she was now telling me that it's impossible to get those viennas at that price she spoke Afrikaans msny times to get other colleagues while I stood there looking stupid. She then sent another colleague to go and have a look at what was happening she came back with red viennas. I refused to take them, and went to fetch the sticker. When I came back with the sticker she told her friend again in Afrikaans that they should stop printing things incorrectly. I asked her what what I saw on the sticker was and if a sticker all Enterprise viennas what this means this woman was so rude.

If you do read these emails please address this behavior, it's extremely frustrating to stand Infront of someone who makes you feel stupid on top of that opts to use another language which made me feel inferior. I contacted customer care and they have been sending me automated messages since shame on you pick and pay
