Pathetic Service
I have been a Pick n Pay customer for a very long time particularly PNP San Ridge Shopping Centre in Midrand. Yesterday I went to there (San Ridge) to grab a few goods and I was served by Isabel Hlohlolo. When i arrived at her till to pay for my goods she was so lethargic as if she was dreading to assist me and she had so much attitude. When i asked her why she had so much attitude towards me, she had a nerve to tell me that she was born with it so i must deal with it. I couldn't believe what i was hearing. This is not the first time she has given me such bad service. I'm a loyal PNP customer and I have never been disrespected so much. I demand that she be disciplined with immediate effect. Once done, i would like feedback on what has been done.
