Pathetic service

It’s the 3rd time I’m experiencing a pathetic service from the same cashier lady who’s name is Primrose,she has an attitude.Yesterday I went for a cash back and she refused to serve me saying she does not have money in her till.She is so rude and has no customer service.I’m experiencing the same service with her for the 3rd time now.
