Pathetic service

I bought a TV box from them and it wast working, can't even be on an on position. I returned it back and was told ithey are going take it to their repairs cetre to check what could be that problem and I will get an answer in 5 days. 5 later I went back to them.and was told that the fpeeson who assisted me.made mistake it should be 2 weeks, after 2 weeks I was then told it not 2 weeks is 4 weeks. I have returned the item on 04th February 2023 and today is 03rd February 2023, still no one contacted me as they promised that they will call me. It is costing me a lot if money to keep on going there because I staying 20 km.away from that store. It's now a.month and I am not getting any feedback. I going there today and I am going there today and I need a working TV box or my R1399.00 immediately.
