Pathetic service

ASAP was supposed to deliver yesterday afternoon. After contacting the driver that said my goods have been delivered he then told me he took it back to the shop after calling customer service TWICE, they told me that my order will be redelivered. I’ve waited the whole day for the order and times kept changing! And now I get a notification saying my order has been delivered???!! I’ve received nothing! Will definitely be telling friends and family to stop using that pathetic app. What a waste of money
