Pathetic service

Today I went to pick n pay Carlton centre to buy lunch. They have tills for less than 10 items which I was standing there for more than an hour which my lunch was already over. The service was pathetic . While standing waiting to pay we were ignored as till ladies were assiting their friends that came in front not queuing. The friends were from cash crusaders and around the centre. This is not fair to us as we are also at work. No supervisor or manager yoy can report to as they are also involves in this. THis is honestly not fair to us. I f there is a special queue for workers let it be known to everyone not the special friends. I t appear though our money and time is not important. Please may you address this and provide feedback.Teach your staff about customer experience.
