Pathetic service

Pick n pay cosmo mall has the worst service ever. I understand that it's month end but being stuck on the que formore than 2 hours is a total NO NO. The ques are nkt moving, the cashiers you will swear that they are on strike.... Pathetic service ever. I was hoping that the service would improve since they opened new shops. You are going to lose clients to boxer and shoprite
