pathetic service

pnp diepkloof square is the worst of them all their service sucks and has gone to the dogs to say the least there isn't a time that one will go into pnp and not have a complaint the managers are *********** ,the staff is rude and have no customer service whatsover like you guys tire me to an extend that i wish i could swear,yesterday i came into your store to buy a few things i needed for yesterday and i decided to purchase crayons which were prices at R25 to round the amount off when i got to the till i didnt even bother checking if they were scanned correctly to my suprise today when i check the receipt i have been charged R85.99 like really you guys have a way of ****ing people off and you always at all times **** up this is not the first time,in january i purchased the special where lucky star canned fish was priced at R50 for 3 but to my suprise i was over charged and this arrogant manager called zenzele or whoever he is even had a decency to be rude ,arrogant and sarcastic you need to work on your way of servicing customers because you dont have customer care at all,i have tried calling the store 4 times already today at 10:15 am no one even picked up like really what kind of a store does that what is the point of having a landline ?
