Pathetic service !!!!!

I have bought a men's x large short sleeve shirt without a tag at Pick n Pay Clothing at the Festival Mall Shopping Centre in Kempton park on the 7th December 2015. I wanted to exchanged it at Pick n Pay Clothing at the Glen Ballad Mall. Selina at Glen Ballad said she could not exchanged this as there was no tag on the shirt. I did show her the slip but that was not good enough. I think your service is pathetic, she couldn't even phone Festival Mall as this store had no landline according to her. I wanted to exchange the shirt for pants. This pants so by the way was also tag less!!!! Please train your people to look for tags on your garments, as it is not my or any other clients problem when your staff is not doing their work properly!!!!!! I will never ever bother buying anything from Pick n Pay clothing again and I will also advise my friends and family to do the same!!!!
