Pick n Pay Lambton

Sunday evening after 18:00, just pop in to pick n pay to get a quick cold drink... wrong!!!! This means standing in a queue for at least 20 minutes, and when you eventually complain to the lady working at the till, you can go and pay at the cigarette counter...

Then when you are paying at the cigarette counter, the manager on duty can speak to the cashier while you are paying, because he did not take buns... Does this mean the manager working for pick n pay is more important than an external paying customer? Does this mean that while you are on duty, because he made an announcement just before coming to speak to the cashier you are more important that a customer?

This is pathetic service!!
