PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!

My two brothers were making groceries and they were using our mom's credit card, after paying for the first load of groceries they realized that they have forgotten something and they went back to take a few items and they were that they can't purchase because that credit wasn't theirs and they don't trust them. Then they took back all the groceries , the first and second load. Then they said the money will be back in the account within 72 hours. STILL THERES NO MONEY IN THE ACCOUNT!They caused a seen and embarrassed them, telling them they were going to call the police. My brother asked them politely to call my mom and they refused and he told them to call the police and they still refused. This is PATHETIC!!!!
