Pathetic Service

I went to Pick N' Pay Mulberton with my wife 10minutes ago, we brought our items when we got to the till we saw Orbit Gum Strawberry the Shelf price was R7.99 we pick 10 thinking it was on special only to find that it's R18.99 we ask for a supervisor they called a lady with a name badge written "Irin" when the cashier explain the situation to her she didn't greet us she just told us about Pick N' Pay policy that shocked she said "Pick N' Pay head office said they should not drop prices if the barcode isn't the same" she couldn't assist us they called a manager called Christi she all didn't greet us nor apologise for wasting our time with incorrect pricing she even told us that she doesn't care about what we going to do I then started to shoot a video because i'm highly convinced that the owners of Pick N' Pay value us more than that supervisor and that manager and unacceptable for Pick n' Pay to rob us by doing false advertising if they putting wrong prices and even come up with policies to deffend their *********** staff. I'm expecting an apology and pick n' Pay to deliver my 10 Orbit Gum Strawberry to my place as a sign of apology i will pay R7.99 as I saw it on the shelves Pick N' Pay need to fix their prices we can't be checking barcodes on items and shelves whenever we buy at pick n pay.
