PATHETIC SERVICE
Why do I have to wait more than 2 weeks for a refund from your asap department? This is pathetic! I've had to call several times holding and waiting.. wasting airtime. Your staff and managers are not even helpful

If it can be back in my wallet in the app then I guess it should do since I'm not getting my actual cash back even after requesting an EFT withdrawal. I've had no luck with this company and won't make use of the asap service again. No response on Twitter, no help with the call centre and no help from management either

It's been more than 10 working days now and still no refund. 23 Mar 2023, 07:41It's been almost a month and still no refund. Worst is that you guys are doing nothing about it. I've called so many times but get scripted replies. Whenever I ask to speak to a manager there is never one available. I've asked for one to call me back but no one ever does. I've also asked for the credit to back to the app instead of a refund that I'm not getting but not even that is being done. I never expected to get such terrible service from such a huge retailer and will take this further
