Pathetic Service

On Saturday me and a collague went to PnP N1 city and what a horrible experience we had.I normally shop at the Somerset Mall branch and never had any problems at all and I've been a customer since that branch opened.I only shop at pnp stores because you always get great products and service until Saturday when I had to stand at the kiosk for close to 35min .Thats not what got me so upset , its the way the whole situation was handled.On a very busy Saturday only a few tills were open and the q at the kiosk was so long and only 1 person was operating the tills while there was another till that was vacant.When we as customers started complaining the front line supervisor did not even know where the other cashier was.She had to do overrides a few times and it took her forever to walk back and forth as she was chating to the staff and we just had to wait.The cashier was just as unfriendly and did not even respond when we greeted her and asked what happen to her fellow cashier.I am never setting my foot in that store again
