Pathetic service

I went to pick n pay in Birchleigh elgin mall to go and buy nappies and wet wipes and some other stuff as to my baby thats 1year and 4 months old urgently needed the stuff when i got to the till to pay with my rcs card i handed them my drivers license as they always ask for identification then i was told that i cant use my license they wanted my id and i did not have it with me and i wouldn't give my id as to i had a situation before where by someone got a hold of a color copy of my id and used my id as *****. The main thing is when i go to pick n pay in Brentwood thay accept my license to buy on my rcs card i think its really pathetic and the worst service possible that i ever received from that pick n pay and i would suggest that no one use that pick n pay as to i will never in my whole life go there ever again
