Pathetic service

<p>I went into Pick n Pay at Cavindish Square in Claremont yesterday at about 18h30. I must say I went back there after a long absence. I wanted a few chunks of biltong and as usual no sales person is behind the counter. I requested the staff member that was cleaning at the warm food area to assist me, but she requested that I walk to the other side of the store to look for the sales person. Can you imagine that I the customer who wants to spend money must go look for a somebody to be of service to me. I told thanks but no thanks and left. Before leaving I mentioned the event to Zandi who was the highest authority on duty. Disgusting, it will take me another long time to think of going to that store. </p>
