Pathetic service

<p>I have been shopping at Rosmead Pick n Pay since the store opened. On two occasions now I had stop shopping and go to Spar because of pathetic service. I have spoken to Collin the manager twice already - but he does not care about customers. On 10 January 2017, I entered the store and stood with another customer at the counter to process lotto tickets. Two female staff were busy chatting at the courtesy counter (facing us) but does nothing. I wave to get her attention, she then flags Peter (most competent staff) to come and attend to us. I then established that she was in charge since Collin had already left (17h50). I was so frustrated that I walked out and spent my R500.00 at Spar down the road. I left a note at the store for Collin to phone me, but he did not. It is expected. Maybe you should bring Manager Anerle back. </p>
