Pathetic service.

My boyfriend went to pick n pay this morning to buy the Staedtler value pack 12 piece which is advertised on special for R29,95 until the 1st of Febuary. They were out of stock, when he requested personnel for a raincheck he was told they would not give him a raincheck as they are not getting in anymore stock and cannot help him. That is totally unacceptable service as it is pick n pays job to ensure they have enough stock of promotional items for the duration of the promotion or to get it in for the customer from another store or to give another similar item at the discounted<br> promotional price. I want this item and I want pick n pay to contact me as to when they will be sending this item to my pick n past for me to purchase at the promotional price.
