Pathetic service

Picknpayasap never pays back the refunds, I have been waiting for mine since the 28/07 till to date. No one is willing to assist, im always being told of escalation and I have since stopped calling since im not being assisted,no one replies to my emails. All I came here to say is that Pick ‘n Pay has just lost a customer and looking at the reviews not only did they loose me, there’s many out there. Pick ‘n Pay you need to do better, give us our refunds your customer service is pathetic for such a big company.
