Pathetic Service

You accepted my order on ASAP at 17:05. At 19:51, after I had called twice to find out where my order is. You inform me that I'm not getting my order and you also cannot refund my money. Which by the way, was the last money in my account. So my family and I couldn't have dinner and I also couldn't go and buy something to eat since you took all my money. This is PATHETIC!!!
