Pathetic service
Pick and ASAP service is pathetic no customer service at all, you place an order and it takes almost 2 hours for your order to be delivered and to cancel the order it takes 7days for the money to clear. What does ASAP mean????????

Your response is shocking seeing nothing wrong with an order being delivered after 2 hours. You can do better please take accountability and correct where you need to correct....

19 Jan 2025, 14:32The order that came after 2 hours was missing one item and it's been 1h30 minutes since I called the call centre and till now there is no communication on the item that was not packed. Poor customer service you don't deserve even one star
