Pathetic service

I have had the worst experience with the Bottles Drinks delivery app. I have ordered a tray of Savannah dry on the 24 Dec 2019, when the driver arrives he delivers only one 6 pack from the order. I immediately contact the driver, he said he was going to sort it out. There after i contacted their office number ***, they took my details down and said they will let me know. Half an hour later they called me back and said the store is closed and they couldn’t do anything at that moment. They could only make a plan on the 27th Dec when the app will be open and they will have the rest of my order delivered. I followed up on Friday the 27th Dec 4 or 5 times with no luck. The consultant keeps telling me that they are waiting for authorization for a refund. Its now been 3 days with no communication at all. My total purchase including a service fee and delivery was R415.99 but i only got one six pack. This is really bad
