Pathetic servce: PicknPay delivery and now complaints resoluition too!!!!

At 07h25 yesterday I made an order on PnP ASAP app. (order# ***4) The top is confirmed the slot is for 08h00 to 08h30...

by 08h31 it automatically changed to 09h00 - 09h30 with NO explanation... I asked the driver and he said the store was delayed.

Now I get a SMS with a reference number and then 5 minutes later another SMS stating it's resolved when NO ONE CALLED ME!
