Pathetic response team Pick n Pay Promenade pathetic

As pathetic as the Shop staff is so is the resposnce team 1 would think that they would have the desancy to atleast appoligies on behalf of their untrainend staff, but they show they dont value clients and there concerns...how can they be promoted!!!
