Pathetic reply PnP

After my horrible ordeal with PnP trolley staff, being physically harassed and my groceries thrown around. Nothing is worse than getting a generic response "we thank you for bringing it under our attention, we will look into it, apologies for the inconvenience" really PnP this is your response to your loyal customers being treated like ****! Pathetic!
