Pathetic PNP

I ordered a fridge online on 8th December, order confirmed, account charged. Been going back and forth trying to find out when I will get my fridge. Called customer care 15/12/22 and the consultant tells me that it is reflecting that I should have received my fridge by 09/12/22. I have spent so much money buying stuff daily because I have been waiting for a fridge that is not coming. This is ridiculous.
