Pathetic PnP ASAP SERVICE!!! 2 hours for delivery!!😡

The Pick n Pay ASAP app is just useless. This is the 2nd time I’m having the same issue. Firstly whenever I place an order it goes to a Pick n Pay that’s very very far from me while there is one close by that does take online orders. Secondly I placed an order at 17:55, it’s now 19:55, 2 full hours and it’s still showing that they wrapping up my order. I called the customer service and was advised that the driver that shows on their side that collected my order does not have my order.. what is that?? Then the app continues to show that my order will be delivered between “20:00-20:30” while the agent already told me that the store closed at 7pm… what’s really going on with Pick n Pay service😡 this is literally the last time using this app. The service is pathetic!!!
