Pathetic PNP

At PNP liquors in Essenwood, Richards Bay, I was told that they do not except the return of 1 quart bottle...you have to have more than 1 empty to return even if you want to buy 1 quart. When I asked why the lady rep****,"it's just a rule." This is the same store that refused to take an empty case of bottles from me a few weeks back because I walked in to the store at 7:04pm and they said that they don't expect empties after 7pm. There is no signage anywhere in the store about these rules and it looks like they are more than happy to turn away paying customers. Lucky for me there are many other bottle stores nearby that are more than happy to accommodate me and my 1 empty quart. Essenwood pick n pay won't get any business from me again.p
