Pathetic Pick n Pay smart shopper card replacement service

Smart shopper card service. Pathetic pathetic pathetic. My wallet was ****** with all my cards. Went to various stores to have card replaced. This is impossible. The store cant assist you. They need to call a head office number. Nobody answers. They call again. Nobody willing to assist. If you finally get someone- they want you to jump through loops....just not prepared to assist you. For goodness sake. This is not applying for a house bond. Its replacement of a store card. My Checkers card was replaced in 30 seconds. So....I wont support Pick n pay. I will drive further so support the opposition. Good for you pick n pay. Chase your customers away
