Pathetic Pick 'n Pay ASAP services - ongoing issues

Yet another bad experience with Pick 'n Pay ASAP Jean Avenue. I placed an order this morning and on receipt found that the 24 pack toilet paper that I bought was charged for but not delivered. I contacted the ASAP Customer care line and was informed that they contacted the Store who advised that they "Forgot" to give the item to the Driver that was delivering. This is an ongoing issue with order from Pick 'n Pay ASAP. What is the purpose of ordering online when Customer items are not delivered / forgotten. This type of pathetic service is an absolute disgrace.
