Pathetic Pick n Pay ASAP service with false empty promises from 4 agents and the supervisor.

I placed an order on the 13th December just before 6pm. It showed that my order was accepted and estimated time will be 18:30-19:30. It was 19:30 and I called and the 1st agent said she sorry but the store is closing so the delivery will be delivered on the 14th December 2025 between 7:30-8:30.

Its been showing from the 13th December 2025 up until currently date with my phone calls over an hour with 4 different agents with an empty promise from the supervisor to let me know yesterday the 14th December and she did not especially Walker Drive Port Elizabeth where none of them could get pack to.

Honestly pathetic service for Port Elizabeth clients, I will not supoort this service again!!Personally for myself and business. They can learn a lot from Checkers sixty!
