Pathetic Pick n Pay

Absolutely pathetic. Ordered through Pnp Asap. Ordered a pack of chicken portions in marinade. It didn't seem quite right but it was covered in marinade so I only got to see what I received after I started braaing. I received 1drumstick and the rest was made up of all random pieces of meat. There were chop bones as well as what looked like a piece of *** tail or something I wasn't able to recognize it. After reporting this, all that I received was a voucher for the exact amount. Forget about money spent on charcoal etc. I then had to order takeaway which was more money. I decided to cash out the voucher as I refuse to buy anything from pick n pay. Then I'm told I could be waiting up to 10 days to get my money back. ***!
