PATHETIC! PATHETIC! PATHETIC

I am completely and totally disgusted at the service received from pick n pay kraaifontein drwin road. I have logded 2 complaints on hellopeter received a call from the branch manager and assisstant manager who was both going to investigate and provide me with feedback. Dated back a month or more to date i wait and wait and wait. Your service is pathetic and im no longer interested in dealing with the people who is suppose to be the management that explains the pathetic service received from staff learnt by example. I would please like for someone with authority and customer service ettiquette to please contact me.
