Pathetic, misleading and *********
Placed an order online for Black Friday Special at 06:29am on Friday morning, order confirmed first delivery spot available Tuesday 3:00-4:00pm. At 4:30 phoned to inquire regarding my delivery, apologized and mentioned they needed to use a truck to load my full order as it's a pallet of paper hence the reason they are running late and will be there shortly. Arrived at 5:30 with half my order and the truck almost empty. when asked where the rest of my stock was as they reserved payment on my account for the full amount they told me there is no STOCK. THERE WAS STOCK AT 06:29 am when I placed my order and why tell me my full order is being loaded on a bigger truck. I DON'T CARE IF YOU INVOICE ME FOR WHAT YOU ONLY DELIVER!!!!THAT IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED. It's ********* to me they still owe me the rest of my order. WHY ORDER FROM PICK AND PAY AND THEY CANT DELIVER ON THEIR REQUESTS!!! You will not see me or any of my family shopping at Pick & Pay ever again....and I will not keep quiet as to how bad and pathetic this experience has been to anyone I know.

Due to the fact that we carefully choose your goods in store, we may occasionally run out of stock before we can update our stock availability on the Websites.
We endeavor to keep this to a minimum, but provide the facility for you to select different 'substitution' options in the event that we are unable to fulfill your original request.
Release of reserved Amount :
It will be released according to your bank’s particular time frame rules – e.g., some banks may release funds a few days after PnP sends them the cancellation instruction. We will instruct your bank immediately after picking and invoicing is complete. If your reserve amount is held by your bank for an extended period of time, we ask that you contact your bank and request a release.
Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused.
