I have shared a bad experience with my first order from PNP ASAP, consumers beware, they log your dispute a week later my query was logged twice but to date I have still not received any response. This is out right a pathetic lack of customer service. DO NOT FORGET IT IS OUR MONEY PAYING YOUR SALARIES.

Will I again get this query logged as I have sent what you requested the original order no, please advise what is the hold up. Its almost a month later that I have not received my goods, I guess it will probably take another month to figure out exactly what went wrong
